Art Tour Recount

 On Friday the whole school walked around the school to look at everyone's art this term. The art was really cool. my Favorite piece of art was the scratch art in room 21. the art was very creative. the tour was really fun and cool.

Colors can make  us feel happy or sad and they can make us feel hungry or relaxed. Red Orange and Yellow are all warm Colors make us feel happy. However yellow red and orange can also mean danger. red can also make you feel hungry. Cool colors include green blue and purple. cool colors are usally calming but can also mean sadness. purple can also mean creativity as it's a mix of blue and red

 When Mondrian made his paintings, he would always mix his own Colors and never use the paint Dirrectly out of a tube. he often used primary Colors red yellow and blue to keep his paintings pure and simple

In 1961 Andy Warhol came up with the idea of using poppular items in his art. He called it Pop Art he would use pitcures of theese common items and change there Colors. Andy used  bright, contrasting colors in his art

Kandinsky Dictations

 Kandinsky thought that shapes and colors by themselves were art. He felt that he could express feelings and music through colors and shapes in his paintings. He thought that yellow sounded like a trumpet and that some colors put together could sound like a piano

Skipping Recount

 

On a warm Thursday year 4 went outside to do some skipping. first we lined up outside then we walked to the bottom field. after that we sit on the grass. and we started skipping. we had to skip from our lines to the other lines. it was pretty hard but i had fun. next miss king nedded volenters to skip for some points first they did some simple skipping. then they did backwards skipping. lastly they did spinning skipping. lastly we went in a straight line back to class.

 Jon holds up the empty yellow plate and says '' there were 3 dozen cookies on this plate'' Garfield looks wearily at Jon while he shouts. ''And now there goan''! Jon sights will Garfield ever be normal.? Garfield thought for a munite before pointing at the plate and says '' bad plate'' '' look Garfield i'm touching my toes''. Exclaims Jon excitedly wearing his striped pyjamas. ''i'm happy for you Jon'' Garfield says '' this is great exercise why dont you join me?'' asks Jon '' sounds a bit strange but ok'' replies Garfield reaching down to touch Jons toes.

Line Tag Recount

 On one morning year 4 played game. cauld line tag first we lined up in our team lines. we had to walk quietly to the court. we sat on the court we waited to see which teams were going to go first. we were playing line tag. its like tag but you have to stay on the lines. there were 2 Tagers on each round the Tagers on the 1st round were Fale also Naomi. a lot of people got Taged during the 1st round at the end of every round theres a few people standing or 1 the last person standing will get points for there team. on the 2nd round the tagers were Willy also Marzuli. on the final round the teams that were playing were Hine moana also Te aurere these tagers were prodeus also manaia hine moana won the finals. at the end we had to walk back in a straight line back when we got to class. we had a drink. last we had to sit back at our tables.

 Garfield and Jon dash excitedly for the delicious hot dog. ''ha! i beat you to it'' exclaims Jon as their hands reach for the hot dog at the same time. '' Uh Garfield would you mind taking your'e claw of my hand'' ''Give me a good reason'' Replies Garfield hoping to win the yummy treat. Jon and. Garfield are standing together outside a mouse hole. '' you are a cat!'' Jon angrily shouts at Garfield. '' that is a mouse!'' insists Jon painting to a small mouse sticking his head out of his house '' please to meat you'' says Garfield  shaking the mouses hand while poor Jon hits his head in despair.

 On a wet morning Room 19 also Room 20 played a game. First we put on our shoes, But we couldn't because it started raining. Instead. We played Heads or Tails. You had to choose heads or tails. if someone chooses head they need to put the hands on their head. If the other people choose tails they need to put their hands on their bottom.  If the coin lands on heads all the people who chose tails have to sit down on their chairs. we played three games Hokulea also Hikianalea won. Even know i didin't win any rounds i still had fun
